Rigorous Testing
This step contains the following stages:-
Buildup the digital environment and Configure the ERP system depending on the blueprint.
Uploading samples of the master data to make the system more friendly in testing.
After ensuring the ERP had implemented as planned in the blueprint, we start uploading the full master data in 2 independent environments ( Development & Production).
Training the users in the Development environment where they can try as many as they need.
